Terms & Conditions

Thank you for using Lilah Gow Makeup Artistry’s services. We would like you to please read all our terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of our rights when booking your makeup service. Using this website (lilahgow.com) and booking with us signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions.

COVID -19

Those of you who know me, know that my OCD with hygiene has always been very important to me and is definitely coming in handy right now.

I want to make it clear I’m doing everything to make sure I take all the precautions to keep myself, my kit and my studio in a high standard of hygiene practice and will continue to follow the government’s guidelines as they evolve and change.

Illness
To be clear I will not be able to apply makeup to anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms. I will not risk myself and my kit as I have worked hard to make sure I have the right products for each client and I can not risk contamination, getting sick and not being able to work. Please be honest even if it’s a little cold you could be putting everyone at risk.

Should I become unwell, I will not be putting you or your family at risk. I will contact you immediately. When possible I will do my very best to find a replacement artist if rescheduling is not an option. I hope you can understand that to still work unwell would be detrimental to many people’s health.

Spacing
There are many different rules in different sectors of work when it comes to Covid- 19 the main one is to continue social distancing when possible. Obviously with my work that is not possible. What I am trying to put into place though when I am traveling to a location is I ask that I am able to set up in a room that has as much natural lighting as possible and a space that is private and separated from the larger group, so I don’t have more than one person at a time around my setup.

Hygiene
I will ask that you inform all of your party to thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water before coming into my chair. I ask that you make sure there is enough soap on location for everyone.

My usual routine is to clean and disinfect my full kit before each booking. As well as deep clean every single brush I own for each individual person who sits in my chair.  have enough brushes that I can have separate sets for individuals for that extra level of  peace of mind and have done this for many years. I will also be wearing a face mask for all appointments.
